About Me
Shuchi Sharma
Boston-based Senior Product Designer
Specializes in enterprise platforms and complex operational systems.
I design digital products that simplify complex workflows and translate business, regulatory, and technical requirements into intuitive user experiences. My work focuses on structuring scalable systems and aligning product, engineering, and operational teams to deliver meaningful product outcomes.
My early work combined UX design and front-end development, which gave me a strong understanding of how design translates into production systems. This foundation naturally evolved into a focus on product design and complex platform experiences.
Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked with organizations ranging from early-stage startups to large enterprise companies, contributing to both feature enhancements for mature products and designing new products from the ground up.
In my career I have worked on a range of enterprise and digital products, including:
- Designing ONYX, Group 1001’s internal ERP platform supporting operational and financial workflows
- Creating user interfaces for Hitachi Vantara’s cloud storage platform (Aspen)
- Designing website features and web applications for ASA – Launch Your Career
- Contributing to branding and website design for MMM Group (now WSP) Canada
I have also worked on freelance projects for small businesses, including designing and developing the Creative Thali website and creating packaging design for Bloomsberry Chocolate’s “The Complete Diet.”
My design approach starts with understanding the business vision and the real problem behind a request. I rely on user research, data insights, and stakeholder collaboration to design solutions that balance user needs with organizational goals.
Outside of Work
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy contributing to community initiatives and mentoring young creatives.
I volunteer with Destination Imagination, a global program where students solve open-ended STEAM challenges and present innovative solutions.
I also serve as a committee member for the South Asian Association of Bedford (SAAB), where I help organize community and cultural events, including SAAB Bollywood Night.
I’m a trained dancer and enjoy teaching Bollywood dance to young students. In my free time, I enjoy painting, listening to audiobooks, traveling with my family, and watching sitcoms — Friends remains my all-time favorite.
